Mag EraSURE™
Manufactured by Fujitsu, the Mag EraSURE™ ME-P3M is a manually operated desktop degausser which is the ideal and economical solution for companies requiring a fast and secure removal of confidential and sensitive data from hard disk drives, removable disks and backup tapes. With no power requirement this product is extremely versatile.
Data Erasure
The Mag EraSURE™ utilises a rare earth permanent magnet to degauss magnetically recorded information. Once exposed to the permanent magnet in the device, data becomes unrecoverable by commercial means. In addition to purging the information on the unit the degausser also destroys the read/write heads.Standard
The Fujitsu Mag EraSURE™ is listed on the US NSA Degausser Approved product list and HMG CESG has approved all degaussers included in this list at the Higher Level of Degaussing.User Operation
