EOL IT Services Ltd are delighted to announce that in addition to being appointed as a Crown Commercial Supplier (CCS) on the RM3804 Technology Services 2 Framework, we have just secured our place as the very first ITAD, to be successfully appointed to Cyber Services 3 (RM3764.3).
The Cyber Services 3 DPS Agreement provides central government and wider public sector buyers with the opportunity to procure an extensive range of Cyber Security services from a range of suppliers and is organised into distinct categories:
• Consultancy and Advice
• Penetration testing and IT Health Check
• Incident Management
• Data destruction and sanitation services
Offering two distinct routes to finding pre-qualified suppliers, who offer a range of cyber security services, the first route provides the buyer with suppliers who are assured by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the second route provides the buyer with a set of suppliers who provide similar services to those under the NCSC assured route but without the assurance the National Technical Authority provides.
The estimated value of the DPS is £46 million (excluding VAT) in the first year, growing to £51 million (excluding VAT) in year two and £56 million (excluding VAT) in year three, in line with targeted growth strategies.
The DPS Agreement will be available to all central government and wider public sector buyers, including but not limited to the following:
• Other Central Government
Wider Public Sector:
• Fire and Rescue
• Local Government
• Not for Profit (Charitable)
• Housing Associations
Other Wider Public Sector:
RM3764.3 is expected to be used by buyers who use an existing public sector agreement offering Cyber Services and also new buyers who choose to purchase Cyber Services via this DPS route.
This DPS Agreement is a replacement for the Cyber Services 2 Framework Agreement. G-Cloud 11 no longer offers a route to market for non NCSC certified suppliers and the intention is that all requirements for Cyber Services will go through this DPS Agreement.
CCS frameworks for Digital Outcomes and Solutions (DOS) and Technology Services 2 both offer cyber security services as part of a larger requirement (for example, from a supplier contracted to complete an IT transformation project). These routes are not available for standalone cyber security services which will only be offered through this DPS Agreement.
Dan Smith, Managing Director of EOL said “We are delighted to be the first and currently only ITAD to have been appointed onto the new Cyber Services 3 DPS Agreement. We commend UK government on taking the approach of providing a dedicated agreement purely for Cyber Security products and services and look forward to the opportunities that will come throughout this programme.”
